Revisiting Esoteric Christianity

So last week I said that the episode of last week was the concluding episode of esoteric Christianity and these sacred sexual symbols that are present throughout the Bible. I realized after I finished recording that episode, there's more to say. And it's actually a very important piece to the puzzle. A very significant symbol that is referenced a lot throughout the Bible. But I, what I also want to talk about today is in connection to that symbol. And really how, what does it mean to like, feel spiritual as part of the human condition?

You know, like I've been talking a lot about chakras and the third eye, the crown, opening up the crown, raising the kundalini energy, anchoring the energy down. But like, yeah, I mean if you are familiar with the lingo, it can make sense, but there are actually a lot of scientific explanations and, um, scientific backing up as far as what it means to feel more spiritual or to become enlightened.

The Significance of Anointing Oil

So the common denominator, and it is today's episode, right? Um, what brings kind of everything together is the anointing oil of the Biblical teachings. Anointing oil is found throughout many religious doctrines.

Um, it is the ritual that we move through to feel a connection with God. So I'll get into that right throughout the episode, but just to kind give you a little bit of an intro here as to what it is I'll be talking about.

Cerebrospinal Fluid and Spirituality

And I'm going to connect the anointing oil to a very real, grounded and biologically sound process that exists within our bodies. It exists right now within you, within me, within every single human being, and that is the production of cerebro spinal fluid. So a lot of the symbols and references as far as how to work with anointing oil or what it means throughout the Bible, especially as far as the Christian definition is concerned, which I'll be getting into this episode points to that cerebral spinal fluid is the anointing oil within our bodies. As a symbol, it stands for the anointing oil. So I'm gonna get into that. I'm gonna say why that is. Obviously there's no like empirical evidence that that's what they're talking about in the Bible. But if we, again, look to the symbols, look to the archetypes, and make the connections, the messages are there, the truth is hidden, you know, between the lines. We have to learn how to read between the lines. That's what gnosis is, it's about inner seeking and about really looking at the, the, the metaphor of the thing. It's, you know, we have literal texts, but then we need to learn how to read between the lines.

So I'm not a scientist. I've studied science. I get science. Uh, I do have a bachelor's in science, but in no way, shape or form can I go through a very detailed process as far as, like the production of CSF fluid, cerebral spinal fluid is concerned, but I can give you the lingo on the basics, and of course make the connections between the religious symbols of the Christian doctrine.

Biblical References to Anointing Oil

So let's start with some citations. Let's start with some references as far as, anointing Oil is concerned. So we see anointing oil references in both the Old Testament, which is what the Jews follow, and the New Testament, which is what the Christians follow, as well as the Old Testament.

So in Exodus 2:97, we have the reference. You shall take the anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him. In the New Testament we have. Luke 4:18, which is something that Jesus Christ said, he said that the spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me.

The Gospel of Philip and Chrism

And now we're gonna go through my favorite one, which is actually from the Gospel of Philip. This is one of the apocryphal gospels that were found in Egypt in 1945. It's not one of the canonical gospels, so this is a gospel that is technically not accepted by the church because it was discovered so late. Many scholars throughout the world have studied and put together bits and pieces of this gospel, and it is said that this is the Gospel of Philip. So the gospel of Philip for me has actually the most important citation as far as the anointing oil is concerned.

And I'm actually gonna read it 'cause it is a bit long. So. In line 76 to 77 of the Gospel of Philip, this is what it says. The chrism has power beyond all other mysteries. For it is through the chrism that we are called Christians, not because of baptism. The chrism is the compassion of the Father. Those who are anointed, possess everything.

The resurrection, the light, the cross, the Holy Spirit. The father gave it to him, referring to Jesus Christ in the bridal chamber. He received it in the anointing. The oil is the Holy Spirit. Those who are anointed have the light, the fire is in the oil. So we're gonna definitely unpack all of this here. And of course it does speak to a lot of things I've already mentioned as far as the connection between the Kundalini fire and the holy fire of the Christian teachings.

So how does this connect to CSF?

CSF and DMT: The Spirit Molecule

So first of all, CSF is not oily in nature, but what CSF does for us, biologically speaking, is that it acts as a cushion for our spinal cord and brain. So it gives our spine and our brain buoyancy so that like if we experience any form of shock right? Or if we like injure our back or head, the CSF gives that like extra layer of cushioning for our spine and brain to be protected.

The CSF is produced in the brain. Why is the CSF so special, and what is its connection to spirituality? Well, it is said to contain DMT and DMT is our spirit molecule. I know a lot of people when they hear DMT, they think of like external drug use, but we actually do produce natural occurring DMT within our bodies and the way to access more DMT organically and naturally within our body is through meditation and breath work.

I've been talking about breath work for many episodes.

Breath Work and Spiritual Activation

So what happens biologically speaking, when we are doing breath work, we're actually activating CSF , which is also within our lungs.

And by inhaling and driving the breath in an upward, we are actually stimulating CSF production and we are bringing the CSF up into our pineal gland, which is where CSF is also produced.

The pineal gland is one of our spiritual centers, so it is associated with the crown chakra. I mentioned that each chakra, each energy center is associated with a gland of the body. So the pineal gland, which is gets its name from Pine cone pineal gland, is a tiny little pine shaped gland within our head. And it's very close to the pituitary gland, which is our other spiritual center. Associated with our third eye. So when we're like talking about spirituality in energetic terms and we're like, you know, raise the energy up to the third eye into the crown, what we're actually saying biologically speaking is to breathe the CSF fluid up into the pineal gland in order to promote more DMT.

And what does DMT do for us spiritually speaking? Well, it is known as the spirit molecule and when we Promote more production of DMT within our bodies. We get feelings of euphoria, unity consciousness. We feel one with everything in everybody. And we get psychic visions. We get visions of all kinds of things, right? Past, present, future even. Right. So I've been talking about the astral, the Akasha.

And how we are able to meditate and commune with guides, deities, archetypes. This happens when our pineal gland gets stimulated because this DMT molecule actually allows us to experience unity consciousness, this illusion of matter and like separation and that everything is separated through matter, actually dissipates.

So that's what it means to quote unquote be more spiritual, you know, biologically and pragmatically speaking. So there is a lot of research going on with CSF fluid. I highly recommend reading Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. There is a lot of interesting, brilliant, fascinating information and research as far as CSF is concerned and how it promotes higher spiritual awareness and higher spiritual connection because we as humans already produce DMT within our bodies and we can produce more DMT by breath work, attention focus and meditation. So we don't need to do any drugs to get more DMT, right? We get high through external substance abuse.

We get DMT in very inorganic and unhealthy ways. But this actually does the complete and total opposite as far as like spiritual connection is concerned, right? Because it's not, it doesn't happen organically.

Symbolism and Biological Processes

So what is the connection to anointing oil? Well, as I said, CSF fluid is not an oily substance.

But, if we look at the symbols as far as anointing oil is concerned, and especially the fire that is contained in the anointing oil, which we find from the Gospel of Philip, signifies that the Holy Fire, the Holy Spirit is present in the anointing oil that is already present within us.

So in all my episodes, I keep saying that the Holy Fire, holy Spirit is within us and we need to raise the Holy Fire and the Holy Spirit. That basically translates to the anointing oil is already within us, and we need to raise the anointing oil in order to experience spiritual connection, in order to experience oneness.

What is also incredibly fascinating is that DMT is also found in the lungs and each lung is encompassed by 12 ribs. We have 33 vertebrae. Our spine, Jesus Christ died and resurrected when he was 33 years old. He had 12 apostles. So within esoteric Christianity, this points to the fact that the 33 vertebrae actually speak to the Christ, right?

33 vertebrae, age 33 died and resurrected. And , the 12 ribs encompassing each lung are the apostles and Jesus Christ kept anointing apostles, people. Jesus Christ himself was anointed by others. So the literal act right is taking some form of oil , and putting it on a body part, usually it's right between the eyebrows or the forehead or the, or the head itself, because this is where our spiritual centers are.

This is where our pituitary gland is and where our pineal gland is. So that's the literal act, but metaphorically speaking, when we want to anoint ourselves, quote unquote, we basically need to raise our CSF through breath work through focus and meditation.

The staff of Osiris in ancient Egypt was two coiling serpents that met at a pine cone. That pine cone is the pineal gland, the two elevating serpents are Pingala and Ida. The masculine channel, the feminine channel. The right side of the body is the masculine channel. The left side of the body is the feminine channel. We see this through the caduceus of Hermes. Which I talked about in previous episodes. And to become spiritually activated is also to heal the body's natural healing process. So when we are in deep states of relaxation, which meditation asks us to do, and especially when we are focused and intentional of breath, we can highly activate our parasympathetic nervous system, which is ida, which is the feminine, which speaks to the body automatically and organically starting to heal itself through complete relaxation and total surrender. So in spirituality, we hear about surrender a lot, right? And I think the ego has a very hard time with this word surrender. We hate that word, right? Because we want control.

We want to like control everything and be in control all the time. But that's just the ego. That's the ego babble. Surrender is a big, big part of the spiritual journey. It doesn't mean to give up, it doesn't mean to, you know, move through life as if in an apathetic state. That's not what surrendering means.

Surrendering means to embody the parasympathetic nervous system is to let ourselves relax from time to time. Is to take a break, is to recuperate, is to nap, is to get good hours of sleep. This is where our body heals the most. We cannot heal when we are constantly on the go. We cannot heal through hustle culture. We cannot heal in the rat race. Yes, that's a part of life, right? We need to be willful, we need to aim, we need to go. We need to have objectives. That's all part of life, and that is the masculine energy, that's the masculine polarity. But we have to balance that out with rest, recuperation, relaxation, and surrender.

Knowing that we don't control everything. We don't get to control everything, and we don't get to control anybody. Right. That's the true meaning of surrender. And it is very much interweaved with the spiritual path. And that is Ida. That is the parasympathetic nervous system. That is the feminine.

So when we are in meditative states, when we are states of surrender and relaxation, and when we are raising CSF up into our spiritual centers, into our higher centers, into our brain center. Then we can just basically activate our body's own healing process. And that is why we feel healed, right?

We feel unity consciousness, we feel euphoric, we feel spiritual because like the lines are being blurred. We're not as conscious of like separation and that everything is separated through matter, but we start to realize the true nature of everything, and that is interconnectedness because that is the true nature of everything.

So that is encompassed within the body's healing and the body's healing is encompassed within that, they go hand in hand. So when we are feeling euphoric and spiritual and unity consciousness. We're also able to promote somatic healing, spiritual healing, psychic healing, soul healing, and that is what it means to quote unquote be spiritual in this day and age. Can everything be explained with science? I don't know. I'm not here to prove spirituality because we have DMT, which is known as the spirit molecule. Some things are to be left in the mysteries. I do believe that some things cannot be explained by reason, right? I talk a lot about intuition.

I talk a lot about like metaphor and archetypes, right? So that is half of the story. Like logic and reason are half of the story. Metaphor and intuition are the other half of the story. Science is based on facts and proof and empirical evidence, right? But cannot, can we explain God through science? Can we explain unity consciousness by, you know, accessing CSF and activating our pineal and pituitary glands through meditation. Maybe. I don't know. But it is fascinating to me because like back then they weren't calling it CSF . They were calling it anointing oil. And then last week I talked about Amrita, which is like the nectar in the Hindu tantric teachings.

It's when Shiva and Shakti meet the masculine and the feminine meet, they create Amrita. Which is known to be a golden nectar that rises with the Kundalini energy. So Amrita can be paralleled to anointing oil like the golden nectar within our body. Of course, this is all symbolic. There's no actual golden nectar, but the union of the masculine and the feminine in the Hindu tantric teachings, it's Shiva, Shakti, and Taoism, it's yin and yang. In the west it is body and spirit, matter and consciousness. Christ and the church, Adam and Eve, and there are many divine union archetypes across civilizations, the world, right? Osiris, Isis in Egypt, so many in ancient Greece, Rome, Mayan, Aztec mythology, Norse cosmology.

It's filled with these divine union archetypes that signify the meeting or reunion of duality, right? The dual nature of things. I talked about the split. I talked about how there was no more oneness. It became duality. But we need the duality to realize oneness. That is the game. That's the game we're all here to play, which I mentioned in a previous episode.

So if we go back to the gospel of Philip, and we're talking about chrisma. So Christ, the etymological meaning of Christ comes from chrisma. And charisma is the anointed one is to be anointed. So the anoint oil is the biggest. If not most important symbol of the Christian doctrine because as the Gospel of Philip reference says, we're called Christians because of chrisma.

chrisma, the anointed one, and chrisma symbolically speaking is the fire, is the holy fire and this is the fire that exists within ourselves that we need to raise. So I've talked about this in many, many episodes, right? Last week was the Christ Fire and Lucifer Fire. So we need to work with that fire because that is the anointing oil.

We need to raise the anointing oil up into our forehead. There's a lot of references throughout the Bible about anointing the head, anointing the head with the oil because this is what's actually happening internally. And we can move through ritual and anoint somebody you know on the head with oil because that is what Jesus Christ did.

That's that those were the rituals that he was performing back in the day. But again, he did this because he wanted to showcase what was actually going on within ourselves because the CSF is the anointing oil is the amrita, the nectar that occurs because of divine union. So through breath, through attention, through focus, through awareness, through meditation.

We can promote more DMT within ourselves through the CSF production. And DMT will allow us to have more psychic visions, promote somatic healing. It also produces more melatonin and it regulates our circadian rhythm. So we get to sleep better, we get to sleep, sleep more deeply. And melatonin is a very important hormone because we need melatonin to promote deep sleep and to regulate our circadian rhythm means to have more balance within our lives. We get to sleep better, we get to wake up better. We get to have more energy throughout the day. We get to feel more vital. We get to feel more connected. We're not as lethargic when we have a regulated circadian rhythm.

So all this happens because of DMT production by raising the CSF through breath and promoting more DMT production in the pineal gland, which is one of our spiritual centers.

And then we can circuit CSF throughout the body, right? So when we're talking about, let's say the microcosmic orbit of the Taoist tradition, right? When we're raising the breath through the back channel, or we're anchoring the breath down through the front channel, right? We can actually circulate CSF throughout our body with breath, and that is what promotes energy. That is how Qi becomes Shen in Taoism. That is how Kundalini energy rises through the chakras to meet Shiva at the crown chakra and then to come back down. So this is all like. This is all symbolic, but biologically speaking, it's also very sound because through breath we're raising CSF, and then we can bring it back down and then it'll be basically higher amounts throughout our blood because CSF is also found in our blood plasma. So yes, energy centers and chakras and Kundalini and the Dragon and the Phoenix, right? Anointing oil. The body is the church, the body, the temple. But. This was all their science back in the day, right?

So science is basically naming everything that the ancients named or these doctrines named through symbols. And that's why both are sound. Both are valid. Both are valid because they are all talking about the same thing, just using different language. One is using the language of reason and empirical evidence.

And the other one is using the language of symbolism.

The Role of the Subconscious Mind

And we need symbolism because symbols are what speak to the subconscious mind. 90% of our decision making, our conscious decision making is actually happening through our subconscious mind. We need to heal our subconscious mind because that is where all our patterning and conditioning is.

So we need symbols, we need metaphors, we need parables. We need archetypes. 'cause this. All this is what speaks to our subconscious mind, and that is the only way to re-pattern and recondition ourselves is through our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind needs to get on board. If whatever conscious decision we are making in our life, if it's a big decision, if it's a small decision, if it's, you know, wanting to embark on new territory, wanting to try something new, especially right.

Our subconscious needs to get on board because if our subconscious has the old story and the old paradigm and the old narratives and the old conditioning of basically no, no matter how hard we're trying consciously, it won't happen. Because it's when our subconscious gives us the green light that we can actually do something new, move into something new, and

also embody someone new, right? Like transformation is not easy. It's not linear. It's like eight steps forward, seven steps back, because , it's like we have to constantly check in with the subconscious and depending on the magnitude of the traumas, right? 'Cause that's where everything is stored in the subconscious mind. It can be very hard to move on and move forward. But of course that speaks to everybody's personal history.

Conclusion and Final Thoughts

So I'll leave it here. I think, uh, that's enough food for thought for today. So I think this is the concluding episode as far as , esoteric Christianity is concerned. It wasn't so much about sacred sexuality. Again, sacred sexuality is divine union between the masculine and the feminine.

And yes, we need both to, uh, experience spiritual connection because we need our body, we need our physical body, which is the feminine to experience spiritual unity and you know, our spiritual nature, which is the masculine we need both.

So the anointing oil exists within ourselves. The fire of the anointing oil exists within ourselves. This is CSF which promotes DMT Our spirit molecule when raised, when circulated throughout the body, we activate the pineal gland. We have more DMT in our blood. We have more DMT in our lungs, right?

So we experience feelings of euphoria, unity, consciousness a more regulated circadian rhythm, melatonin production, better sleep, deeper sleep. This is what allows us to feel spiritual. And this is basically what promotes spirituality within ourselves. These feelings of love and interconnectedness, and realizing the illusion of separation.

So when we experience divine union, right? When we are uniting, that means some things. Something was separated, right? So we need to unite in order to experience God, oneness, the source and everything starts with our body. Everything starts with our humanity. Everything starts with exactly where we are at.

So I'll leave it here. Okay.
